- ensure the total satisfaction of the client from the time of the request to product and service delivery (quality, cost, lead times)
- organize the product and service transformation chain according to LEAN principles (ongoing work flow, followed by the clients request, structuring client-supplier relationships)
- develop new products and services following changes in the client expectations
