How to start a QRQC

The QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) allows to effectively treat the problems in situ, without wasting time with reunions.

The QRQC approach allows to boost the plant or service organization in order to produce quick results on quality of the products and services.

 

 

 

 

 

 

QRQC

The application of the QRQC drives everyone's participation and gives a methodic framework to the members of the hierarchy. The QRQC facilitates and organizes the accomplishment of coaching each manager.

The QRQC implicates, establishes the priorities and clearly positions the role of the services Supports (Quality, Methods, Maintenance, Logistics, BE etc.) compared to Production. It's also just what is needed in terms of documenting a problem.

Based on a very practical approach, starting from the field realities, the establishment of the QRQC will allow :

· The drastic reduction of the Quality problems

· The development of the autonomy and responsibility of the production teams

· The definition of standards, which will be real helps for training and coaching the teams on their work posts

· The establishment of reactivity rules

. The development of efficient preventive actions

The objectives of the training :

  • Knowing the application conditions of the approach

  • Knowing the main difficulties and the success conditions

  • Knowing how to apply the methods

  • Historical reminder of the approach
  • Synthesis of the various Standards for Solving Problems
  • The 6 key points of the QRQC
  • The different levels of application of the QRQC (Line, Workshop, Plant)
  • To be trained while working " On Job Training"
  • The formalism of the approach ( forms, tables)
  • The analysis of the Problem according to the 8D method
  • The Search for the Root Causes of the Problem
  • Which human organization and associated management Ways to guarantee the success of the approach ?
